Barrika Surf Camp is proud to be supported by the best possible sponsors in the international surfing world. Our hard work has been rewarded, and it is remarkable that the best companies on the international surfing market want to participate in an advanced and promising project like Barrika Surf Camp.

In terms of wetsuits and accessories, we have the support of QUIKSILVER and ROXY, two of the international pioneer surf companies. Both founded in Australia, their history is inseparable to the development of surf as something more than a mere sport. It is impossible to name everybody, but, for example, top-level surfers like Kelly Slater, Jeff Hakman, Tom Carrol, Lisa Andersen, Fred Pattachia, Sofia Mulanovich, Jeremy Flores, Aritz Aramburu, etc… have tested and developed all the products offered by Quiksilver and Roxy, which guaranties top quality equipment and helps us develop our own surfing.

Talking about surfboards to improve our surf, we are supported by one of the pioneer firms in Bizkaia: STYLING SURFBOARDS. Founded by Kike Panera in 1981, he is without doubt one of the best European shapers. With a wide range of different shapes that not many shapers can develop and his solid experience based on working together many hours with some of the best shapers in the world (and with which he has always stayed in contact), he has been producing his boards here with the best materials on the market. He shapes everything, from retro style shaped boards (twin-fins, singles), longboards and guns to the ultimate shortboard models and custom made boards. Well known local surfers like Jorge Imbert, Kike Panera, Gorka Yarritu, Dani Díez, Alfonso Fernández, Jaime Fernández, Eneko Acero, Iker Acero, Raúl García, Lizardi Elorriaga, use his boards and have taken surfing in Bizkaia to the highest level in competitions all over the world.
