Which age is the best for starting to surf?
Experience has taught us that there are no limits in terms of age for learning how to surf, the only necessary thing is motivation; this means, the wish to enjoy the exciting sensations offered by this sport. But there is one very important thing to know before you start surfing; you should be relatively fit, yet you don’t need to be a super athlete. We suggest that about a month before starting you start with a little training, like swimming or jogging for 20 minutes a day, two or three days a week, and always finish your training with a complete cycle of stretching for flexibility. This is the best way to enjoy the classes without suffering muscle ache or injuries due to exercises that you are not used to.
IMPORTANT: If you are in any pain or have any illness that might have an effect on your physical abilities, please let us know.
