Barrika Surf Kamp
rules
1. Payment for accommodation is to be made in advance.
2. Requests for the reimbursement of sums paid are to be made in writing to Barrika Surf Kanp S.L. at least fifteen days prior to the end of the stay in question, with attachment of documentary proof justifying the cancellation.
3. The percentages of reimbursement will be as follows:
- Cancellation 15 days prior to beginning the stay - 100%
- Cancellation between 7 and 3 days prior to beginning the stay - 50%
- Cancellation at least 3 days prior to beginning the stay - 25%
- Cancellation for reasons beyond the guest's control -100%
4. If the cancellation is due to reasons beyond the guest's control once the stay has begun, reimbursement will be made of the part corresponding to those days left remaining.
5. There is a ban on smoking anywhere on the premises.
6. Guests who wish to use the restaurant service are to give 24 hours prior notice.
7. Rooms are to be vacated by 11 a.m. After that time it will be considered an extra day.
8. The timetable for breakfast is from 7.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
9. Quiet hours will run from 11.00 p.m. to 7.30 a.m.
10. Use may not be made of computers or the communal kitchen during quiet hours.
11. Those guests wishing to use the communal kitchen are kindly requested to ensure it is left clean and tidy, as they found it.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. Receptions are accepted as of 12.00 p.m.
14. A minimum group of 5 people is required for multi-adventure activities.
